How is TemplarX different from ChatGPT or other generalist AI?
TemplarX is purpose-built for APAC legal systems. It answers only from verified legal databases and returns real cases with page numbers and source links — it never invents citations, judges, or parties. Generalist models hallucinate, which is exactly what a lawyer can't rely on.
Do you train on or store my client data?
No. We do not train our models on your content. Your questions, answers, and uploaded documents are auto-deleted when your session ends, and nothing persists on our servers afterward. The only exception is a custom/enterprise version, which we provide only when you explicitly request or accept it.

Who owns the documents and answers I create?
You do. As between you and TemplarX, you own all of your Input, and — subject to the Terms — TemplarX assigns you all rights, title, and interest in the Output you generate.
How do I get access?
Register your firm on our registration page. Our team follows up within 24 hours to complete onboarding.
Is single sign-on (SSO) available?
Yes. TemplarX integrates with your firm's existing authentication via SSO as part of our enterprise offering.
Can we run TemplarX on dedicated infrastructure?
Yes. We offer dedicated infrastructure with your own NVIDIA GPUs and servers that only your firm can access, with models fine-tuned on your firm's standards, practices, and institutional knowledge.
How does billing work, and how do I dispute a charge?
Fees are payable in Rupiah and due on invoice. If you need to dispute a fee or tax, email rikde@templarx.io within 30 days of the invoice date.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
If you discover a vulnerability or breach related to your use of the Services, contact us immediately at admin@templarx.io with the details so we can investigate.
